I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to downtown and I felt safe in the neighborhood. The hotel itself was older but had a charming atmosphere. The streets were quiet and lined with trees, so there was no traffic noise. The breakfast was included and I also got upgraded to a penthouse suite. The gym had a good selection of equipment for my weight training.

Can't fault the property in any way.

the hotel was near the bay centre and you can walk to fisherman's wharf. location and staff were beautiful.

Room was large, pleasant staff. Within walking distance of royal bc museum that was our destination. The hotel met the purpose.

Location is excellent, allowing for easy walking distance to Victoria's Inner Harbor and downtown core.

Snotty receptionist when checking in left a bitter taste in my mouth. Especially how she conversed parking fees of $12 a day, when website advertised $9 a day.

The hotel was fine and most of the facilities were very good, its location was excellent.

We tried the buffet breakfast in the hotel on the first morning of our stay and were very disapionted with it, we found the staff very dis-organised very little was available in the containers for our breakfast and we had to wait for some time for the holders to be restocked with food. when restocked the food was luke warm, the toasters took forever to produce decent toast and there was only peanut butter to spread on it. because of this we decided to eat elseware for evening meals and breakfast for the remainder of our stay in Victoria, as we were concerned about the service for evening meals. We are on holiday from the uk and overall would recomend your hotel however when booking rooms with your hotel I think it would be wise for you to highlight all the taxes that apply on your website as I found it mis-leading as a visitor to your country.

Great views and comfortable beds. The hotel was in a key location near the harbor and within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcome.

The building looked outdated from the outside, and the room felt old-fashioned. The noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was a constant issue.

This was a very good location to all of downtown and the seaside. The rooms and bed were very comfortable and had all the things we needed for our 6 night stay.

We were very happy to have the one bedroom suit. Was easy to keep all family members happy Plus the small kitchen to kelp keep costdown on eating out

The Harbour Towers hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices. The hotel pays attention to detail, providing basic amenities and rooms with a gorgeous view of the harbour. The staff at the hotel provides excellent service, including a separate bedroom for a peaceful night's sleep and a coffee available at 7am with a good view of the harbour. The breakfast at the hotel is included in our rate and offers a wide selection of delicious options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, clean and well appointed, and we liked the layout. Views were great. The location was good, close enough to walk to town easily and close to the bus station.

We got a bit confused about the heating ... instructions would be good.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk to the inner harbour and the Blackball Ferry terminal. The surrounding area has a variety of restaurants to choose from, so you'll never go hungry. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern amenities such as a TV and a balcony. The staff provides excellent customer service, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food.

Parking at the hotel is limited and may be a challenge during busy times.

Service was great, and our room was wonderful. We ate at many local restaurants, but our best meal was right there in the hotel restaurant. Our food and our server (I think Dominik??) were excellent! We will definitely use same hotel when we return.

I have stayed at Harbour Towers a number of times now. Excellent location, and the staff is always friendly and approachable.
